Coffee Loving in Seattle

Brewing espresso for café lovers is probably one of the best-known pastimes for a barista. At Pikes Place Market, love was in the air along with the aroma of freshly brewed espresso. To say the least, nothing could have been more perfect that visiting Pikes Place Market in the month of August with friends and family.
It is funny to know that our barista family has never been to Seattle, considering their high regards of coffee. The reason for our visit was to see our best friends Hughes McLaughlin and Kelle Dwyer say their wedding vows. Hughes and I have been long time friends; I am grateful to see that Kelle married him. In this joyous occasion java arrangements were made. It was figured that the minimum gesture of appreciation would be to add flavor to their wedding. That is …coffee flavor. So as the wedding arrangements took place, my father and I flew an Old World machine to Seattle for the cutting of the wedding cake. Everything went well at the ceremony and the reception was a complete blast! Happy faces and laughter filled the rooms as the toasts rang out. The parents Mrs. and Mr. McLaughlin along with Mrs. And Mr. Dwyer were happy to see the reward of all the guests cheering and celebrating the marriage of their daughter and son.
Besides wedding bells and jovial times in Seattle, the city of arabica and robusta beverages was a 24-hour service. Before and after the wedding, Sandra, Christina and I tried many cafés down Pikes Place Market and were impressed with one, No Boundaries Café. This café may be found adjacent to The Fisherman's Market with a full crowd of pleasant customers. While at the café we were very impressed with the coffee that was served. The latte and the espresso were very satisfying. All espresso drinks were being prepared with an Italian roast from Italy. The flavor was mild and smooth with a subtle ending similar to a Costa Rican coffee blend. The clean smoothness of the double espresso was sipped along with delicious pastries that are prepared there at "No Boundaries" as well. Having a wood decorated ambiance, a friendly Italian staff, authentic baristas and an owner that took the time to speak to us, No Boundaries Café was the best café Pikes Place Market of Seattle had to offer!
There were other cafés that we visited, but this one stood out. It was our second café visited before the wedding and the last before our departure. It must be said, that along with the gorgeous and touching wedding, the cafés and restaurants made all the difference on our weekend stay in Seattle, Washington.
